* Mission
The Writing House started because I kept saying yes to the same kind of work. I loved helping people find the words and the funding to make ideas real. It has grown into a business and life built around writing, fundraising, consulting, and teaching.
The mission of The Writing House is to help good ideas happen, one step at a time.
Writing - We help develop clear, honest prose for the people and causes that need it, working on everything from grant narratives to personal projects.
Fundraising & Grant Development - We help good ideas find the resources to become real. Working with you to move from first concept to funded reality.
Consulting - We assist organizations clarify ideas, solve problems, and bring important work forward.
Teaching & Workshops - We provide workshops, facilitation, and educational experiences centered on writing, grant development, learning, and the practice of meaningful work.

The Writing House is central to my belief structure. I want to live a life I actually chose. It needs to be built on being useful and staying curious. I want to make things and stay connected to people who matter to me.
